Right of withdrawal for paid services (Premium subscription, VIP, Diamond, OBSBot, and giveaway system licenses) plus model withdrawal form.
If you are a consumer, you generally have the right to withdraw from paid contracts for digital services, software licenses, or time-limited digital usage rights within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the date of contract conclusion.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (the provider named in the imprint) of your decision to withdraw by a clear statement (e.g., email).
You may use the model withdrawal form below, but this is not mandatory. To meet the deadline, it is sufficient that you send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive your notice of withdrawal. For this reimbursement, we will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you.
If you requested that a time-limited digital service (e.g., an ongoing premium subscription) begin during the withdrawal period, you owe us a reasonable amount for the service already provided up to withdrawal. This is calculated proportionally based on the agreed total price relative to the share of the service provided up to withdrawal compared to the total scope owed (§ 357(8) BGB).
For digital content, digital services, immediately provided downloads, platform-related activations, or software licenses activated without delay, your right of withdrawal may expire early if you expressly agree that we begin performing the contract before the withdrawal period ends and you acknowledge that by giving this consent you lose your right of withdrawal.
